Learning how to use BoxesOS is easy. BoxesOS intuitive user interface helps to reduce the learning curve. Epazz also provides an onsite training option. Epazz trainer will begin to train the main administrators of BoxesOS. Epazz will help the administrators understand how to troubleshoot, create sub-administrators and setup hot news messaging portlets.

Epazz has a flash tutorials series called Epazz Basics. Epazz Basics provides a great way to train your users on using Epazz BoxesOS. Users will be able to view a voiceover flash movie. The trainer on the flash tutorials will train your users on taking advantage of BoxesOS by showing them how Boxes can enhance communication and productivity. Some of the tutorials that are provided with Epazz Basics are Web Portal, Content Management, Document Management, Viewpoint and BoxesOS administrator.
